My Story
My name is Tammar and I go by Tammy. I am fully-certified since 2000, I’ve been successfully coaching clients throughout the state of Oregon. I am also certified to work anywhere in the United States. I am a part of a group called The Learning Well where I help facilitate in different workshops. I received my certification from Levin Life Coaching Academy in 2021. (LLCA) I am still working with the LLCA to get more certifications to assist more lives.

I am happily married to my husband Mark, we have been married for over 40 years. We have two adult children. I am now an empty nester. In my spare time I like to Garden, and am a multi-faceted artist. I enjoy doing just about anything creative and adventurous. I would love to do more traveling. I have previously worked as a Telecommunications Engineer for many years. I was a people pleaser for at least a decade and recently decided that it was time for me to move on from this stressful job to find what I am passionate about and now I am creating the life I want to live. I am continuing to discover new things about myself and setting new boundaries to create the life I want.

Why I started Life Coaching
I have always been intrigued with helping others reinvent there life. Twenty two years ago I invested myself into a program that works on personal growth. I attended many seminars and workshops as well as assisting on their backup teams helping others find their true essence.
A couple years ago a family friend came to me and informed me that her fiancée of twenty years decided that he didn't love her anymore. I wasn't sure how to handle this and it left me feeling completely devastated for her. I tried speaking from my heart and knew she wanted more assistance helping her get through this challenge. I wanted her to discover her own answers for herself. We decided to go on a weekend get away to clear our minds. During this trip and through our conversations and hard questions she uncovered the answers she had been searching for. She reclaimed herself! I realized during this trip that this is what I wanted to do. I wanted to assist others to explore all the avenues of their life. To uncover their authentic self.

I gravitated towards helping others and did research on how I can help more people discover who they are. This is when I found Levin Life Coaching Academy and became certified this year.

What Is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is for people who are willing to take a deep dive into accepting their wholeness - the things that are blocking us from getting where we want to go.
As children we make up rules and beliefs to protect us. Some of these patterns will no longer serve us as we move into adulthood. These beliefs and patterns are created from the events of our lives. Most of us have been doing this all of our lives and we have been using these to protect us, which in adulthood may not serve us. When we use them in a negative way it makes us small. This at times will feel like you are stuck and you may not even know they exist.
Life Coaching assists you in creating action steps and that will propels you to discover the life you want to live.
